- Samsung i600 Ultra Messaging mobile phone
- Recently, was announced by Samsung Gulf Electronics the launch of the new Samsung i600 Ultra Messaging mobile phone. Samsung i600 is the first smartphone in the region that runs on the HSDPA network. The phone aims to the high-growth bussiness segment and is expecting to capture a large part of the market share in this category by the end of 2007. The i600 runs on Microsoft(tm) Windows Mobile 5.0 complete with push email technology and Wi-Fi. This technology enables users to access Internet from anywhere. Also, all popular formats for editing documents like Microsoft(tm) Word, Microsoft(tm) Excel, Microsoft(tm) PowerPoint and PDF files are present on it.
Being the world’s slimmest HSDPA mobile phone with a full QWERTY keyboard, the phone supports web applications such as pod casting and RSS feeds. The quad band on that the phone works includes GSM 850, GSM 900, GSM 1800 and GSM 1900. The phone can switch bans automatically.

The Samsung i600 Ultra Messaging phone includes features like two integrated digital cameras. On the back of the phone is a 1.3 megapixels camera, and on the front is a VGA camera. Also the phone includes a video camera and a music player. The 2.3 inch color screen provides up to 65,000 colors on a TFT LCD screen, making the phone ideal for away from office business.
